Anugraha is a national NGO working in multi-dimensional areas, especially old age care, community development & Gender empowerment. It has set up Swabhiman Parisar, an integrated care project for senior citizens in East Delhi. It is also Regional resource & training center on ageing under the ministry of social justice & empowerment, GoI

We are currently recruiting a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Swabhiman Parisar, Kasturba nagar, Shahdara, Delhi.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist the Chairperson Anugraha with daily administrative duties and complete a variety of administrative tasks that include completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence.

• Communicate & coordinate with other projects’ staff

• Perform filing, documentation & other administrative tasks i.e. travel forms reimbursements, draft emails and other correspondence as directed.

• Assist the Finance and Admin .

-Support program team in administrative work if required and also in organising conference and training programs

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s degree in office management, Business management or any other relevant will be preferred.

• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication ability.

• Computer and secretarial skills as relevant.

Only East Delhi, Ghaziabad, NOIDA, locations close to office project area based candidates will be given preference. Consolidated Honorarium is Rs. 13,000-15000/- per month.
