CHILDREN invites application for the position of Encoder, based at Daulatpur Shahbad Dairy.

 Overall Responsibilities:

 The Encoder is responsible for assisting in encoding survey forms, family records, photos, generating lists for SR requirements and record keeping, interacting with children and volunteers. The Sponsorship Relations Department works towards strengthening the bond between the sponsor and the sponsored children through letters, photos and various reports.

Key Responsibilities

Generating due list for children sponsored, correspondence due, Photos rejected, update permanent Id.

Correspondence: Ensuring quality for all types of letters from the sponsor to the child and from the child to the sponsor, organizing the weekly shipment and assist the SR Assistant in day-to-day activities whenever required.

Registration and Updating: Registration of new children with verifiable documents, update the family record of children annually, also, as and when required.

Perform other related duties as maybe assigned by Supervisor.

Specific Qualification and Job Skills:

Type speed must be 35 words per minute.

Must be a graduate. Working experience of minimum 1 year desired

Good verbal and written English and Hindi communication skills.

Great interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with children

Self-motivated.

Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook

Remuneration Offered: INR 14500 per month
